1. Collect sample

   onto paper end

   of LiNK body

3. Insert LiNK body

   into elution tub filled

   with elution buffer

2. Wait 5min. for

   LiNK paper to

   lyse agent,

   bind, some 

   PCR inhibitors

4. Push firmly to

   fully engage LiNK

   body in tub

5.Aspirate eluate into

  syringe. Release

  and remove syringe

  from LiNK body

6. Inject sample into

   PCR machine
